Behaviour Detectives provides services based on the principles of
Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support for
children, young adults, and adults in the area of challenging
behaviours with a range of developmental disabilities, including
Autism Spectrum Disorders across home, school, respite and residential
settings.
TITLE: The Clinical Managing Director is seeking a PERSONAL ASSISTANT
/ OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to support her with a smooth running of
administrative tasks and day-to-day running. This is to support the
growth of Behaviour Detectives.
JOB LOCATION: Kilkenny City (office based, not remote working)
HOURS: Ideally, this is a full-time role but a part-time expression of
interest can also be considered.
SALARY: € * – € *
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Day-to-day office administration
* Dealing with general enquiries via phone and email
* Diary management, booking meetings
* Record-keeping and filing
* Maintaining documents and records
* Registering referrals
* Amending/ formatting policies and procedures
* Meeting notes and actions follow up
* Event planning
* Managing social media
* Team ad hoc tasks support
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Desirable – 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Must be fluent in spoken and written English
* Professional, proactive, organised approach with 'can do' attitude
* High-level of emotional intelligence
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic
* A proactive and forward-thinker
* Multi-tasking and able to think on feet
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
* Ability to work on own initiative
Interest and knowledge of psychology and applied behaviour analysis
would be a distinct advantage!
